Shipping & Delivery

Once you’ve placed your order with Mozzigear, we’ll process and ship it within 48 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.

We offer the following shipping options across Australia:

  • Free Standard Delivery on all orders over $600 AUD.
  • Standard National Delivery – flat rate $15 AUD.
  • Express Shipping - Price based on weight.

Standard Delivery Time Frames:

  • National: 4 - 7 working days.

Express Delivery Time Frames:

  • ACT: 1-3 business days
  • NSW: 2-4 business days
  • QLD: 2-4 business days
  • SA: 2-4 business days
  • TAS: 2-4 business days
  • VIC: 2-5 business days
  • NT: 4-7 business days
  • WA: 4-6 business days

Please note: Express Shipping is managed by Australia Post, and we cannot guarantee delivery timings.

Important Shipping Information

All Mozzigear orders are shipped via Australia Post. If Australia Post is unable to deliver your order, it will be taken to your nearest post office or LPO for collection. Be sure to track your package using the tracking number provided in your confirmation email.

If your order is returned to us, we’re happy to resend it for an additional standard delivery fee of $15 AUD. Should you prefer a refund, it will be processed minus the original shipping cost.

Need to update your address after shipping?

Unfortunately, once your order is on its way, we cannot change the address. You can contact Australia Post directly at 13 11 18 for assistance.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to New Zealand and select countries in Asia, including Japan, Singapore, South Korea, and more. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout, and customers are responsible for any customs fees.
