Returns and Exchanges Policy

Returns
At Mozzigear, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you need to return an item, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and with the original tags and packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To initiate a return, please email us at info@mozzigear.com.au. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address and detailed instructions on sending the item back. Returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted. Please note that all returns due to change of mind will be at the customer’s cost.


Damages and Issues
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please inspect it immediately and contact us at info@mozzigear.com.au. Provide order details and photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have any questions or concerns about your specific item, please contact us at info@mozzigear.com.au.

 

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

 

Additional Information

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
  • There is no restocking fee for returns.
